How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please email within 7 days of the receipt of goods for a Return Authorization Number. You will receive a full refund, store credit or exchange after the equipment is returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please supply a copy of the invoice (keep the original). Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, etc., please contact us via email for an RAN (return authorization number). All returns made after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking/processing fee. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on washed garments, discontinued items, or sale items.
