How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandize, call or email within 7 days of the receipt of goods for a Return Authorization Number.
You will receive a full refund, store credit or exchange after the equipment is returned in new, unused conditions within 30 days of purchase. Please supply a copy of the invoice (keep the original). Return shipping charges are customer's responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on embroidered or stencilled items, washed garments, discontinued items, or sale items.
