A 30-day cancellation notice is required for all members. A written email notice must be presented to FencingStar.com for cancellation and an additional month of membership will be charged if you are within an active billing cycle. For example if you cancel between the 1st and 30th of September, your last charge will show only in the next month of October. Note monthly membership fees might be subject to price increase. Equipment Prices are subject to change anytime. Accounts cannot be put on-hold. Members are responsible for verifying request was received by FencingStar.com, to confirm please call 408-799-4646. By purchasing the Monthly FencingStar.com membership, the purchaser agrees unconditionally to pay the above monthly fees without regard to the actual purchases made on FencingStar.com or site usage.
After you purchase your membership, your account will be directed for review and approval to our system administrator. Upon positive results of the review your account will be updated by our system administrator with appropriate priveleges within 3 to 7 business days.
