| This is a great weapon for beginner fencers and kids. It is light and has just right flexibility/stiffness for the new (2004) timing. So it's a good blade to practice with on everyday basis. Point control and balance are well done. Wired with Chinese point and wire to last a long time. The blade will last a long time, if taken care of and huge guys with huge force use it strategically and not forcefully :-) - for those guys FIE blade is the best anyway. The weapon rates high compared to other Chinese-made swords in the market.
Size 2 blade is required for kids competiting in Youth-10 age category.
Size 5 is a regular size generally used by fencers age 11 and above.
